I was sitting at the table trying to accomplish something the other day when Bob starts calling for me from the kitchen. "Hurry! Get in here!" With great dread I head in that direction wondering what the heck the dogs destroyed this time.
Turns out, the dogs had been barking like crazy at the kitchen window. When Bob went to see what the problem was, he found a little squirrel on our neighbor's back porch. It was climbing the walls of the house like it was freaking Spiderman or something!
When it got bored with the climbing and what not, it apparently decided that it was hungry. We watched it chew through the bag of trash the neighbor left on the porch and just start going to town.
Bob and I thought it was funny. Our dogs, not so much. They just wanted out of the house to go eat the tasty looking squirrel.
